We get so used to the frame that we forget the world outside of it exists.

That job.
That city.
That relationship.
That title you worked so hard for.

They become the glass around us.

And when something feels tight, misaligned, or heavy, we assume the solution must exist inside the frame.

A promotion.
A new strategy.
A harder push.

But what if the frame itself is the question?

Often clients come to me with what feels like a closed box.
In an hour, we gently step outside the glass.

And suddenly, it’s not a problem to fix.
It’s an open field to explore.

They begin to see:

  • Opportunities they couldn’t see from inside
  • Desires they had muted
  • Fears that were never questioned
  • Possibilities that feel both terrifying and alive

They came looking for a glass of water.
We end up arriving at the freshwater lake.

True coaching is not giving someone a better glass.
It is guiding them to discover the lake —
and trusting they know how to drink.

So let me ask you, quietly:

If all cards were on the table…
If the world was truly your oyster…

Where would you go?
What would you release?

How would your day actually look – from morning to evening – if you were the one who designed it?

Not the market.
Not your industry.
Not your family expectations.

You.

Some conversations don’t change your job.
They change the frame.

And once you’ve seen beyond it,
you can never unsee it.

If this resonates, perhaps it’s time to step outside the glass.
